When completed it will be a community of 28 exclusive single-family homes. There are protective covenants and a design theme that maintains the Developer’s Vision. The homesites are engineered to maximize views and yet each can accommodate a wide range of design features and house configurations.
Each prospective buyer is invited to discuss their requirements and design ideas with our builder, David Apostoloff. Then homesites that can accommodate the preferred design are visited where topology, home orientation and views can be compared and evaluated.
Once a site is chosen, it is reserved for the time necessary to design the home and prepare the construction drawings. The buyer meets with our architect and participates in a series of follow up meetings actively interfacing in the design process.
The house and lot are then priced for final delivery with a certificate of occupancy. The total price includes allocation of funds, for certain specific features requiring the buyer’s participation during construction. The kitchen design, selection of bathroom fixtures, choice of flooring materials, paint colors, electrical fixtures etc. require buyer participation. The custom kitchen is designed by the buyer working directly with a cabinet suppliers design team.
The cost of your Custom Designed, ideal home will be nearly the same cost per square foot, as other new quality homes in the area. Eden Estate homes are “Energy Star” certified and contain numerous upgrades such as granite steps, Azek decks and architectural shingles.
